We had Edmond as our guy today hes great. This is the second time he has been here for different issues and hes so helpful and nice.

I had such a great experience with this plumbing company! I called around 4pm, and they were at my house the very next morning by 9amsuper quick response time. The technician was not only professional but also incredibly kind (even to my dogs, which I always appreciate!). He quickly figured out that the issue wasnt my dishwasher like we originally thoughtit was actually the garbage disposal causing the leak and all the problems. He went out, picked up a new garbage disposal, and had everything fixed within an hour. He saved us from having to replace our dishwasher, which was a huge relief! On top of that, he cleaned up so well you honestly couldnt even tell any work had been done. Friendly, efficient, honest, and thoroughhighly recommend!

We received wonderful service. We had 3 different problems that needed attending to, and everything was taken care of with great care and service! Couldn't recommend them enough!

Our hot water heater is over 25 years old but it still works and doesn't leak but because of the age we thought we might need a new one. We call Gun Barrel Plumbing and they came the same day and did an inspection. John Herbertson was great. He was honest with us and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. Our hot water heater is a Rheem and is glass and John told us that newer hot water heaters aren't made like they made them 25 years ago. He suggested we wait until our started leaking before getting a new one. So we will definitely call him if and when we need any plumbing work. We appreciate honesty in a person and the company they represent.

GBP was scheduled thru my home warranty company and Cody called me same day and told me Eddy was able to get to my house same day. So far, so good.

The work was not rushed but was done in a timely manner. I could not ask for a better plumber. Also, plumber Eddie assisted with the actual removal and replacement of my hot water heater in my attic and was professional and a pleasure to have on the job. I have used their service more than once. Living in Scurry Texas it is a challenge to find people that do the job right at a fair price. Out of the many plumbing services I have used over the years I only wished I could have found them sooner. Great service and great results.

Set a time frame to be here, arrived well within the range. Completed the work and I later discovered a minor issue. Responded back and corrected the issue. The issue was not their fault, as the work was done correctly, more of an issue with the fixture in my home.

The lady that answered the phone was so helpful and had a professional but fun personality. First impression was I feel comfortable with the choice of plumbers to call. Then Eddie came out to the house to fix our problem. He was great!! Such a fun guy! He went through all of what he was doing and why. First time using Gun Barrel Plumbing. Id say the job, which wasnt a very involved job, (the adjustment of a faucet knob and a little leak in the shower head connection) was accomplished but the cost was pretty dog gone high: $350. I will say Gun Barrel Plumbing did get here when they said they would, and that is pretty unusual for a service call.

Incredibly satisfied with the work Gun Barrell Plumbing did on my lake house! Cody was honest, professional and very informative. We purchased a Hot Water Heater on our own and called GBP to instal it. Cody called to confirm time arrived during set time and gave me the best quote compared to other companies. Had a toilet that kept leaking. I had replaced the wax ring, and had another plumbing company do the same. They claimed the floor was crooked, and it needed major leveling. Eddy got it fixed in about an hour. The toilet doesn't move or leak. He deserves a raise.

We are VERY PLEASED with our huge plumbing project with Gun Barrel Plumbing! The house was built in the 1950s so we had to have new pipes installed throughout. They got right on it and did a fantastic job!! I will have all future plumbing done with Gun Barrel Plumbing and definitely recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

Justin analyzed the leak in the toilet seal and explained how it could be repaired. He gave us the reasonable price up front and finished the job for that price. He left things clean and took time to make a neat caulk line that would show a leak if one happened due to the sewer backing up. I trust we will have no further issues. Just call these guys and keep the money local with expectation of a job well done.

This company was awesome from the phone call customer service to the work all the way through. Justin came out and fixed a pipe that had busted apart. Everything was great. A little while later I went out side and spotted a problem with a different busted faucet. When Corey called to check on the work I had just had done I told everything was great but I turned the water back off due to another issue. He said he was right up the street and he came and fixed it for me. How awesome was that. Thank you guys for the great work you did for me today.
